2009/2010 Group Rates

Planning your group adventure has never been so easy.
Follow the four simple steps to having a wonderful day at Tanglwood!  

Group rates are available to parties of 15 or more people. Receive a complimentary lift ticket for every 15 people. Reservations are REQUIRED 48 hours in advance to receive group rates. For your convenience your group lift tickets, rentals, and lesson times are prepared for you advance.  Group payment must be paid in a single transaction. We accept Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard, & Discover

Weekend Rates:  Saturday & Sunday
Holiday Rates: Dec. 26th-Jan 1st, Jan. 18th & Feb. 15th

* Group lessons are for individuals 9yrs and older. Children 8yrs and younger may take a private lesson.
Arrangements can be made with the Snow Sports School 

**Meal Plans are available for $6.50 per person. Meal coupon is valued for cheese fries, small soda and a choice of either a cheeseburger, slice of pizza, or hotdog. NO SUBSITUTIONS.
Payments for meal plans are separate from ski/snowboard payment. 

 

The four simple steps to planning your group outing

1. Call the main office at (570) 226-9780 to reserve your group

2. Download the Group Information Form

3. Complete form and  fax to (570) 226-9783 48 hours prior to arrival

4. Upon arrival, the group leader will come to the main office to purchase the lift tickets, rentals and lessons in one single transaction for the group.

Snow tubing is the perfect group activity for all ages.

Snow Tubing Group Rates

Snow Tubing is perfect for groups of all ages. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride! 

$15.00 per person for 2 hours

**Rates include tubing ticket and tube rental**

Tubing groups cannot be reserved for afternoon (1pm-3pm) session

Groups cannot be reserved for the 1pm-3pm or 3pm-5pm on Holiday weekends

All snow tubers are required to sign a Snow Tubing Waiver. Please download the form and complete prior to arrival. Snow tubers under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the waiver. All forms must be completed and returned to the main office before tubing tickets can be distributed.     

For safety precautions snow tubes are for single riders, parents can not ride with children in the same tubes. Young children need to be 42 inches in height and be able to mount and dismount the tubes on their own.

Dressing appropriately for cold weather will make your snow tubing adventure more enjoyable. Dress warm and in layers. Sorry no ski boots allowed. Young children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please obey all posted rules and regulations.
